Measured Building Surveys are carried out on high performance palm top computers coupled with the latest digital blue-tooth measuring devices. All our surveys are accurately controlled using modern Total Stations, enabling Building plans and Elevations to be related directly to a Topographical site plan.
The amount of detail and information that can be shown on a 40SEVEN Measured Floor Plan Survey, is restricted only by our clients specification. All details can be shown, including all fixtures and fittings, internal utility and cable layouts, not to mention all structural details and materials.
A 40SEVEN topographical survey forms the base for a detailed site layout design, which can then be submitted for planning approval. Using modern reflector-less instrumentation, 40SEVEN can survey the buildings surrounding a potential development site, giving the accurate position, eave and ridge heights, without having to access private land. Thus providing vital information for planning requirements.
