In addition 40SEVEN can carry out High Rise building surveys on properties with gas risers.  This is a specialist survey that requires identify gas entry points to building through to meter points.  Condition surveys can also be carried on gas risers and laterals that run throughout the buildings. All gas monitoring equipment has a current Calibration Certificate and measures from Gas in air (GIA) to ‘Lower Explosive Limit (LEL)’ right down to  ‘Parts per million (ppm)’.
