At 40SEVEN we have teams based around the UK that specialise in high rise / building surveys for major gas network suppliers.

40SEVEN high risk building surveys described places of public assembly. These can include Cinemas, Hospitals, Schools and buildings housing other utilities plants. This information can be used by our clients to aid their gas mains replacement schemes

40SEVEN provide surveyors who can collect high volume accurate data in short periods of time.  Data can be provided in several different formats depending on our clients requirements.
In addition 40SEVEN can carry out High Rise building surveys on properties with gas risers.  This is a specialist survey that requires identify gas entry points to building through to meter points.  Condition surveys can also be carried on gas risers and laterals that run throughout the buildings. Other services available include;

  • Performance of perimeter Leakage Tests
  • Performance of internal leakage
  • Survey Report forms
  • Pipe Wall thickness assessment

All gas monitoring equipment has a current Calibration Certificate and measures from Gas in air (GIA) to ‘Lower Explosive Limit (LEL)’ right down to  ‘Parts per million (ppm)’.
