40SEVEN Ltd form part of the IDEX Corporation, a large multi disciplined international Company, which is listed on the Dow Jones US stock market.
As part of our growth plan, 40SEVEN are to establish a CCTV drainage department working from our offices based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
We would like to recruit an experienced Crew Leader to join our already established Topographical and Underground Utility Surveying business. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the building and development of our CCTV department and it's capability.
The role will involve the leadership, supervision and motivation of a 3 person team. This will be a challenging and exciting role for the chosen candidate who will be rewarded with a market leading salary and benefits package..
Candidates for this role must have good data interpretation skills and knowledge of compliance to CCTV and manhole survey procedures, a OS19 X Pipe Sewer Condition Classification Certificate is desirable but not essential. Experience of mapping and tracing (drainage) and of manhole surveys is required for this role and ideally you will hold a Confined Space Entry Certificate.
A positive motivational and working attitude is important as you must be diligent in both field and administrative duties and be able to communicate with clients and office personnel in a constructive manner. The ideal candidate will be a strong team coach and mentor and be able to ensure that work is done to predefined QA standards as per the WRC procedures.
Applicants for this post will be physically fit, with a positive attitude and looking for a 'hands on' role within an outdoor team environment. They will be required to hold a full UK drivers licence and be flexible to travel throughout the UK.
